~ Inspired Thought of the Day ~

~ Inspired Action ~

I am so amazed by these words. These words of inspiration are what I live for! I am so so grateful!

The old me used to believe you either have courage or you don’t! Now my eyes are wide open and inspired by the thought that courage is just like a muscle! Your courage/muscle may be weak now but with consistent practice and use it can be strengthened! And so I shall!

 Amazing perspective especially now that I am studying health and fitness. This message has clicked into place deep down inside of me and I am so happy and empowered to strengthened the little courage I have bit by bit!

And I am even more in a state of appreciation and empowerment by Oprah’s words below.

I have always been so quick to give up. Fear has always overpowered me when I was younger and I did not understand that there was a way to build it little by little. How I wish I had someone to say to me that Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyway. How I wish to believe I would of taken action more because of these wise words. I am grateful to have read these words now and understand them. I am grateful to feel more prepared to act even with fear knowing that doing it anyway is an act of courage.

Now I will push forward understanding that my life will expand in proportion to my courage. Because indeed my life is in a place where I believe it has shrunk and it is limited because of the fear that I’ve allowed to take over me. So much of what I envision is only possible when I act with courage! And so I will nurture this muscle of courage use by use so that it is strengthened.

~I pray you are empowered as well~

~ Today’s Inspired Thought ~

I am so so afraid of standing still. I am so afraid of finding myself in the same unsatisfied and unaccomplished place that I feel I am in right now. I don’t want to be in this place next year!

“Be not afraid of moving slowly; be afraid of standing still.” is a lifesaver. There are days where I would lose motivation and find myself at a “plateau”. These words have helped empower me to continue moving forward at my own pace. Although my pace is slow due to inconvenient circumstances; each day that I push forward only pushes me one day closer to my goal and so I refuse to stand still.

When you don’t hear those words above enough one tends to forget such common sense. The more I see those words, the more the meaning starts to sink in and turns from inspired thought to inspired action.

Reading that success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out has given me so much RELIEF! I feel better to think that I am on the right track moving at the pace that I am in. I do feel that I need to pick up the pace though because my level of urgency has diminished a bit due to emotional adversity. Coming to better understand that the small steps that I am taking will sum up to the success I wish to reach has fueled my passion to achieve!

I’ve come to realize with such clearer understanding that mistakes are not meant to make you feel inadequate and unworthy of success.

Mistakes are not opportunities for you to quit.

Mistakes are opportunities for growth and improvement.

In the past, when I made a mistake I would be so quick to respond with harsh words to myself. I didn’t need anyone to discourage me because I was my own worst critic! I got in the way of my own success with such a negative and uninspiring attitude.

It’s time to let go of the thoughts that do not make me strong.

With practice all of these inspiring words will become normal thoughts and normal actions. This is what I aspire to achieve.

~ Today’s Inspired Thought ~

If you think you are WORTHY to achieve, you are RIGHT.

If you think you lack and are NOT WORTHY to achieve, you are RIGHT.

Your success is determined by how you think. Your thoughts determine your actions. Your actions will always be fueled by what you believe. If you think you CAN, you will seek and act with all possibilities. If you think you CAN’T you will do little to nothing.

What are your thoughts on what you wish to achieve right now? Do you THINK you CAN or do you THINK you CAN’T?

~ Inspired Action ~

Each day that I struggle toward the life that I want to live, the more I come to realize that I can’t afford to think “I can’t” anymore.

I have come to think “I MUST”, “I HAVE TO”, “THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION”

I only have one life to achieve all that I desire.

So I MUST practice the wise words to ~ Erase my mind of Can’t. ~

I have indeed found this to be a challenge. Because within the past 20 year of my life, I have repetitively gave up on myself  and my abilities to  achieve small and great tasks that I truly had the potential to achieve. But that was the past, I no longer live there anymore.

I am of a new age and I live in a new day. My tomorrows are a clean slate and so the next 20 years of my life I wish to repetitively achieve all small and great tasks that I have in mind.

~I wish that you encounter all the strength and wisdom necessary to give you the power to Erase Your Mind Of Can’t and ACHIEVE all that you desire. ~

Such wise words in this text

“If we doubted our fears instead of doubting our dreams, imagine how much in life we’d accomplish. – Joel Brown

How many different ways do we need hear such wise words to GET IT? To finally invest all our energy of doubt towards our fears instead of investing  the energy of doubt towards dreams??

What will it take for many of us to break out of our comfort zone and break us out of our cycle of fear and doubt???

The more I read such wise words, the stronger my faith grows inch by inch towards accomplishing all the vision I have in mind. I am now inspired to say that “I doubt my fears.”

I DOUBT MY FEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never heard anyone say such words and I deeply needed these words yesterday, last month, last year, even this past decade!!

But my eyes are wide awake to pay attention to them today, maybe more so awake and attentive than the person I was 10 years ago; so I am deeply grateful to see them and to truly pay attention to them.

And so I conclude that I needed those words TODAY!

My faith and focus has grown an inch higher and I now have more courage to say that “I will practice no longer investing doubts in my dreams, instead I will invest those doubts in my fears!”

Wow…. My thoughts and actions have truly been inspired tonight! ❤ ❤ ❤

Wise words in this text

“Fear is learned”  – unknown

“How long should you try? Until.” – Jim Rohn

“Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive of what could go right” – unknown

“Employ your time in improving yourself by other men’s writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for.” – Socrates

I used to question what it meant to be afraid of success.  I’m still confused by the thought! How can someone be afraid of success???!!

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think I’ve come to understand that fear of success comes from the fear of failure. The fear that you won’t be able to achieve. You are so afraid of achieving that you allow your fears of challenge and failure to overcome you.

Let me speak for myself.

Plenty of times, I have been so afraid of achieving a small or big accomplishment because fear has overcome me. I knew deep inside I was capable but I did not allow that small bit of courage to grow with action when the opportunity was there!

But I have been so fortunate to learn such wise words at a seminar a few years ago:

“Fear is learned”

I have learned that there are only two natural fears. Fear of falling and fear of loud sounds. Those are the two fears we natural have as a infant. (But maybe fear of strangers is a natural fear as well?…in reference to fear of the unknown..that must be natural as well…..just as natural as fear of the dark but then again the fear of the dark can be learned as well when are encouraged to watch scary movies, yes?…….)

But moving on……

I will teach myself to erase all fears of failure. If failure comes, I understand that failure is only feedback.

Failure is just like constructive criticism. Constructive criticism is meant to encourage improvement not discourage one to stop what one is doing!

So I will learn from the experience, practice prevention and try again.

How long should you try? Until….. – Jim Rohn

And I will try again and again and again…….. Until.

Thank you Jim Rohn ❤ ❤ ❤

Fear of failure is no longer allowed in my mental space. I welcome failure as constructive criticism. #inspiredaction

What could go wrong if I established a small business?

Anything and Everything.

What could go right?

~~~ Everything I imagined and more. ~~~
Problems are inevitable. Challenge is inevitable. There is one thing that I have come to realize. All the problems that I will face in life have been solved before I was even born.
Employ your time in improving yourself by other men’s writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for. – Socrates
 So I will put my faith and focus in employing my time in other men’s writing towards discovering what those solutions are and look forward to everything that could go right.
I am INSPIRED! ❤ ❤ ❤
“Clear your mind of can’t.” ~ Samuel Johsnson
“Reexamine the Sentence, ‘Just Do Your Best.’ I Would Substitute it with, ‘Just Do.'” ~Wayne Dyer
Empty your mind. Think of Nothing.
Clear your mind of  “I can’t do this”  – Because you can – “Practice makes improvement”
Clear your mind of “I can’t lose weight”  – Because you can – Your body is always ready to renew.
Clear your mind of  “I can’t be successful like that” –  Because you can  –  As long as you live, you still have the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve.
Clear your mind of  “I can’t find love” – Because you can – As long as you stay positive, as long as you walk with a smile, you can attract attention.
This quote has been set as a weekly reminder on my phone. I highly recommend it.
This consistent reminder has made clearing my mind of can’t easier to do every time I see it and so I have been able to focus on “Just Do.”
When is it ever good to use the word “can’t”?
When is it ever good to use  the word “can’t” as part of any statement??
The only times I can think of is when you are serving justice and when you are fighting to achieve.
“I can’t allow this person to steal.”
“I can’t allow this person to bully.”
“I can’t allow my sister to fail. I can’t allow my brother to fail. I can’t allow my daughter to fail. I can’t allow my son to fail.”
“I can’t allow myself to fail.”
“Reexamine the Sentence, ‘Just Do Your Best.’ I Would Substitute it with, ‘Just Do.'” ~Wayne Dyer
I love Wayne Dyer. I love Samuel Johnson. I love them both for sharing their wisdom. Without their thoughts, I would not have been able to think these words with such enlightened clarity.
It’s through their thoughts that I have found my strength and ability to act with confidence, to act with no fear of failure. Failure is inevitable and if failure appears, it is not accepted as failure, it is accepted as feedback and so I continue to “Just Do.”
And whether I fail or whether I succeed. It has been done. And doing is an achievement of its own.
Wise Words in this text
‎”I think you know what happens when you don’t take a risk. See what happens when you do.” – Caprice Willard
Inspirational words are everywhere! Especially in places where you least expect it! And unexpected inspirational words are priceless gems to me!
Caprice Willard, a Macy’s buyer on the reality show Fashion Star inspired me with her words spoken to a contestant. A contestant whom she was encouraging to take more risks. Risks outside of their comfort zone. Because the contestant did not get a great response for the product that they presented beforehand.
Her saying
“I think you know what happens when you don’t take a risk. See what happens when you do.”
was an AHA moment! An inspired thought that was such a pleasant surprise!
Her words were specific advice towards the contestant but I will take those words if she spoke them to me because there is so much truth behind them.
I have surprised and impressed myself this week. Experiencing a journey where I took risks and the journey will be complete tomorrow! More details ahead!
As for tonight, I hope this quote above inspires you.
Words of Wisdom in this text
“If your dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough.”
– Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, 2011 Noble Peace Prize Winner
“Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear – not absence of fear.”
– Mark Twain
“If you want something you never had, then you have to do something you’ve never done”
“Courage is like a muscle; it is strengthened by use.”
-Ruth Gordon
I have a dream, a vision that scares me and the deadline is fast approaching! And its an opportunity that I just can’t allow to pass by!
Some puzzles are in place to make this deadline but there is a huge piece that I do not have which will make this puzzle complete. One that I need another’s help completing. One that may not be found with the help of family. One that most likely will have to be from a stranger’s aid.
It’s one thing to contemplate an idea you’ve never achieved before; while your in your comfort zone (i.e. thinking while sitting on the couch is easy)
It’s another thing to put it into action which takes you outside of your comfort zone (i.e. meticulous, mentally exhausting, test of persistence research; for ways to put your idea into action; additionally dropping pride and fear of asking for help in order to put your idea to life)
It’s time for me to step out of my comfort zone but I find that it sure does HURT! Literally speaking! So much so that my spirit to succeed quickly shrinks away like a hand that has touched a HOT pot!
But just like a hand needs a glove to manage a hot pot so does my spirit needs word of empowerment to push forward and achieve. And one of the greatest words that pushes me to achieve are
“If your dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough.”
-Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, 2011 Noble Peace Prize Winner
Oh man! This vision! This dream terrifies me! And I am excited to see that it is only a prerequisite towards an accomplish. So it gives me reason to believe that there is no reason for me to give in to the fear, but welcome it!! because my dreams are BIG. Dreams that are part of something bigger than myself. And with great trials come great tribulation!
“Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear – not absence of fear.” – Mark Twain
You have read that my dream, my vision terrifies me. My mind is further at ease by reading Mark Twains’ words; that courage can be defined as the resistance of fear….the mastery of fear but not the absence of it! I repeat…….but not the absence of fear Amazing! I am now happy to be afraid! lol
It’s the taming of fear, like one would tame a lion, that can get you far! That can place you in a state of accomplishment!
A tamed lion is still a wild lion! It is a nature – a deeply instilled nature – that is an inescapable characteristic of a lion; which can be contained to a certain degree by the control of the tamer. (Now that’s terrifying! ~~~>)
So I too will tame my fear and it is only natural for it to want to reappear with full force just like a lion only knows how to attack with full force! But I now have the ability to contain it with enough control so that it influences action instead of influencing hesitation and inaction!
I am off to do something I’ve never done before which will only strengthen my courage. Now I leave with excitement!
“Courage is like a muscle; it is strengthened by use.”
-Ruth Gordon
I pray this empowers you to do the same!
~Many Blessings~
