‎”Greatness is no more unique to us then breathing……We’re all capable of it.”

“All of us.”

#FindYourGreatness

Ladies: When it comes to working out, every single one of us (no matter what age or nationality) share the same goal.

That goal is: To Look GOOD: anytime, any place, every day!

We all share the same goal above but many of us do not share the same perspective on how to get there.

While we share the same goal we all need to share the same understanding that in order to look good and keep on looking good well into our 30s, 40s, and 50s!….. “GOOD HEALTH is the key ingredient to true beauty.”

No fad diet or quick fix will ever come close to what you will get with GOOD HEALTH!

So keep your plates CLEAN, your workouts CONSISTENT, your patience and motivation FIRM and PERMANENT results will come your way!

What great visual perspectives! I am so happy and relieved to say that I am not the same person I was years ago where I would rather turn to a can or bottle of soda wherever I could purchase it or request it rather than a bottle of water. The old me adored Orange Soda, Grape soda, Lemon Lime Soda at any time and at any day but the older I got, the more aware I have become that indeed we ARE what we EAT and DRINK!

Seeing these photos reinforces and validates my reasons to avoid drinking Soda 7 days a week! Now I am done to once a month or none at all until the next family occasion. And I am even smacking my head saying DOH! (like Homer Simpson!) for slipping on two occasions; giving in to the option of soda pop at a barbeque and children’s party. But I am proud to say that Soda is no longer a natural option for me at home or when I am out and about on my own; and these photos above only help seal my reasons why. And that is to avoid living a Diabetic Lifestyle because my grandmother suffered from the complications of it and my mother is working on controlling it and I am not interested in following suit.

~~~ I wish you and your loved ones the best of Health! ~~~
What’s ‘THIS’ good for? #1 is our Brains…read on:
Antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids in some nuts and oils may curb inflammation and this recipe is full of these fatty acids. Inflammation is linked to age-related dementia. Blueberries, curry powder, pomegranates, walnuts, flaxseed are brain foods. You can spice up your salad by adding walnuts and flaxseed oil. There’s buzz about blueberries, for instance, for their memory-boosting potential. But berries of all hues are antioxidant-rich, reports Navindra P. Seeram, Ph.D., assistant professor at the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in Kingston. That means they combat free radicals, molecules that can cause widespread cell damage and are linked to chronic inflammation. Unlike the inflammation that occurs when you sprain an ankle or strain a muscle, the type that contributes to aging is persistent, and thought to be at the root of most chronic diseases, from cancer, heart disease, and diabetes to Alzheimer’s, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Berries’ beauty bonus: They’re chock-full of naturally ocurring vitamin C, another potent antioxidant that may help keep your complexion looking smooth by fighting those pesky (skin-damaging) free radicals.”
“Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.” – Edward Stanley, Earl of Derby 1873
“Don’t put off for tomorrow what you could do today” – Thomas Jefferson (1700s)
139 years ago, in 1873, Edward Stanley, the earl of Derby wrote
“Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.”
Wow. Can these words be anymore clearer?
What will it take for us all to heed of those words?
It’s been over a hundred and thirty years since these words were expressed yet many of us continue to wait until it hurts; many us continue to wait until we’ve been diagnosed with a disease; in order for us to start exercising consistently.
Many of us are waiting until someone embarrasses us or waiting until we embarrass ourselves. (please understand this is not to offend)
Waiting until we try 10 different outfits  in the fitting room only to find nothing.
Waiting until your doctor diagnoses you with diabetes or high blood pressure and prescribes prescription pills.
Waiting until your knees and back aches because of the added weight.
Waiting until you feel extremely lonely and can’t find love because of low self esteem…
The truth is inevitable.
If we do not find time for exericise it is inevitable that we will have to make time for bodily illness.
You have a choice to make right now.
Would you rather suffer from the time it takes to exercise consistently for at least 30 minutes 3 to 5x a week or put it off for 20 years later when you finally suffer from a preventable illness?
