~ Inspired Thought of the Day ~

~ Inspired Action ~

I am so amazed by these words. These words of inspiration are what I live for! I am so so grateful!

The old me used to believe you either have courage or you don’t! Now my eyes are wide open and inspired by the thought that courage is just like a muscle! Your courage/muscle may be weak now but with consistent practice and use it can be strengthened! And so I shall!

 Amazing perspective especially now that I am studying health and fitness. This message has clicked into place deep down inside of me and I am so happy and empowered to strengthened the little courage I have bit by bit!

And I am even more in a state of appreciation and empowerment by Oprah’s words below.

I have always been so quick to give up. Fear has always overpowered me when I was younger and I did not understand that there was a way to build it little by little. How I wish I had someone to say to me that Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyway. How I wish to believe I would of taken action more because of these wise words. I am grateful to have read these words now and understand them. I am grateful to feel more prepared to act even with fear knowing that doing it anyway is an act of courage.

Now I will push forward understanding that my life will expand in proportion to my courage. Because indeed my life is in a place where I believe it has shrunk and it is limited because of the fear that I’ve allowed to take over me. So much of what I envision is only possible when I act with courage! And so I will nurture this muscle of courage use by use so that it is strengthened.

~I pray you are empowered as well~

~ Today’s Inspired Thought ~

If you think you are WORTHY to achieve, you are RIGHT.

If you think you lack and are NOT WORTHY to achieve, you are RIGHT.

Your success is determined by how you think. Your thoughts determine your actions. Your actions will always be fueled by what you believe. If you think you CAN, you will seek and act with all possibilities. If you think you CAN’T you will do little to nothing.

What are your thoughts on what you wish to achieve right now? Do you THINK you CAN or do you THINK you CAN’T?

~ Inspired Action ~

Each day that I struggle toward the life that I want to live, the more I come to realize that I can’t afford to think “I can’t” anymore.

I have come to think “I MUST”, “I HAVE TO”, “THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION”

I only have one life to achieve all that I desire.

So I MUST practice the wise words to ~ Erase my mind of Can’t. ~

I have indeed found this to be a challenge. Because within the past 20 year of my life, I have repetitively gave up on myself  and my abilities to  achieve small and great tasks that I truly had the potential to achieve. But that was the past, I no longer live there anymore.

I am of a new age and I live in a new day. My tomorrows are a clean slate and so the next 20 years of my life I wish to repetitively achieve all small and great tasks that I have in mind.

~I wish that you encounter all the strength and wisdom necessary to give you the power to Erase Your Mind Of Can’t and ACHIEVE all that you desire. ~

It has become OH SO CLEAR that I have ONE LIFE to live and this clear awareness makes this message connect with me SO WELL!

REALLY!!…..What is the point?!

What is the point of being alive if you don’t at least try to do something ~~Remarkable!~~

I want to live a remarkable life! I want to die with no regrets! I want to die exhausting all the gifts that God has blessed me with.

I want to achieve financial freedom remarkably. I want to achieve physical fitness remarkably. I want to achieve a successfully loving marriage remarkably. I want to achieve my purpose remarkably. I want to serve others remarkably. I want to live my life remarkably!

What’s the point of living if I do the opposite?!

We only have one chance to enjoy the life that was given to us and I would love for someone to read my life story and say “Simply Remarkably!”

And I’d like to do the same with yours!

~Today’s Inspired Thought~

This is the reason why I am getting more comfortable living life as a single woman right now ♥

Because I love myself enough to see that “being single doesn’t mean that [I] know nothing about love. [But that] sometimes, being solo is wiser than being in a false relationship.

For the past 10 years I have placed myself in one false relationship to another. Due to my own false definitions of love. I was so in love with love that I blinded myself from the truth!

Just because he finds you physically attractive and you find him physically attractive does not guarantee that it is love. Just because you talk or text everyday does not guarantee that it is love.

You “love” the fact that he is attractive and you “love” the fact that you can talk everyday but that doesn’t mean it’s True Love!

 It is the experience that I loved! The experience that he looks better, talks better, and acts better than the last guy or men you’ve dated in the past but that does NOT guarantee that it is True LOVE.

I can’t afford another false relationship anymore. I have cried enough tears and suffered enough from low esteem and doubts of my own abilities. I take full responsible for putting my soul in so much emotional turmoil because I kept choosing Mr. Wrong.  I’ve spent too much time with Mr. Wrong  and hindered possibly many opportunities for me to cross paths with Mr. Right.

Thank you God, for the person who has shared both of these wise words today because I needed them today, yesterday and the day before that especially! I have been fighting temptation the past few days. I have visited his facebook page playing tug of war with the thought To write?! or Not to write?!

These words were God Sent! I am grateful to my facebook friend for sharing both of these quotes! I’ve deleted my ex’s phone number month’s ago and the only thing that is keeping me from writing to him on facebook is considering the fact that he could be Mr. Wrong and if I go back to him I will never find Mr. Right.

And with one life to live, I can’t afford that!

I fully recognize that my desire to write to him is fueled by the disappoinment and regret that our relationship did not work just like the ones before him.  And my heart is sinking right now after writing those words ….just like the ones before him…I hate how I have to add him to my talli of failed relationships!

But once again I can’t afford to never find Mr. Right if I can’t let go of Mr. Wrong!

I have found strength today to continue to learn to live in love with myself and allow Mr. Right to come on God’s Time. I believe that as long as I keep my steps aligned with God and stay aligned to my line of positive purpose we will cross paths. ~♥~ ♥~ It is inevitable ~♥~ ♥~

Such wise words in this text

“If we doubted our fears instead of doubting our dreams, imagine how much in life we’d accomplish. – Joel Brown

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How many different ways do we need hear such wise words to GET IT? To finally invest all our energy of doubt towards our fears instead of investing  the energy of doubt towards dreams??
What will it take for many of us to break out of our comfort zone and break us out of our cycle of fear and doubt???
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The more I read such wise words, the stronger my faith grows inch by inch towards accomplishing all the vision I have in mind. I am now inspired to say that “I doubt my fears.”

I DOUBT MY FEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never heard anyone say such words and I deeply needed these words yesterday, last month, last year, even this past decade!!

But my eyes are wide awake to pay attention to them today, maybe more so awake and attentive than the person I was 10 years ago; so I am deeply grateful to see them and to truly pay attention to them.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And so I conclude that I needed those words TODAY!
My faith and focus has grown an inch higher and I now have more courage to say that “I will practice no longer investing doubts in my dreams, instead I will invest those doubts in my fears!”
Wow…. My thoughts and actions have truly been inspired tonight! ❤ ❤ ❤
Wise words in this text
“Often, out of our greatest rejection comes our greatest direction.” – Joel Osteen
“Every struggle in your life has shaped you into the person you are today. Be thankful for the hard times; they can only make you stronger.” – Unknown
“Your problems aren’t there to decrease you, their there to increase you.” – Joel Osteen
“A setback is a setup for a comeback” ~ Willie Jolley
“If you never tasted failure, you never know how sweet is success!” – Unknown
“Often, out of our greatest rejection comes our greatest direction.” – Joel Osteen
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The more I read those words; The more I welcome rejection/adversity with open arms (even when it hurts so DEEP inside! SO DEEP that it brings me tears!) Oi! My chest just tightened up inside just thinking of the current obstacle that has come my way and the fear that I may not overcome it! :(.

But I now understand that rejection/failure is a great lesson towards success and a broken heart is a great lesson towards true love. ❤ ❤ ❤
So I will push forward and search for direction when rough times come my way. #inspiredaction

It is even more encouraging to read that

“Your problems aren’t there to decrease you, their there to increase you.” – Joel Osteen

Your knowledge/awareness is increased, your abilities are increased, you courage is increased when you learn the lessons that come along with the problems!

So adversity is not there to knock you down but there to educate you to push me forward and also prevent such adversity from happening again! Even if we face the same level of  adversity that tried to knock us down again, we are properly prepared to face it and use the strength we gained from the previous experience to confront it!

And!

“A setback is a setup for a comeback” ~ Willie Jolley

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have you seen a setup from your setbacks?! Always keep your eyes open!
Joel Osteens’ and Willie Jolleys’ inspirational words have inspired my thoughts which will now inspire my actions tonight and tomorrow. And there is one more set of words that puts the cherry on top of this wonderful cake! And those words are:
“If you never tasted failure, you never know how sweet is success!” – Unknown
Wise Words in this text
“Clear your mind of can’t.” ~ Samuel Johsnson
“Reexamine the Sentence, ‘Just Do Your Best.’ I Would Substitute it with, ‘Just Do.'” ~Wayne Dyer
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Empty your mind. Think of Nothing.

Clear your mind of  “I can’t do this”  – Because you can – “Practice makes improvement”

Clear your mind of “I can’t lose weight”  – Because you can – Your body is always ready to renew.

Clear your mind of  “I can’t be successful like that” –  Because you can  –  As long as you live, you still have the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve.

Clear your mind of  “I can’t find love” – Because you can – As long as you stay positive, as long as you walk with a smile, you can attract attention.

This quote has been set as a weekly reminder on my phone. I highly recommend it.

This consistent reminder has made clearing my mind of can’t easier to do every time I see it and so I have been able to focus on “Just Do.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When is it ever good to use the word “can’t”?
When is it ever good to use  the word “can’t” as part of any statement??
The only times I can think of is when you are serving justice and when you are fighting to achieve.
“I can’t allow this person to steal.”
“I can’t allow this person to bully.”
“I can’t allow my sister to fail. I can’t allow my brother to fail. I can’t allow my daughter to fail. I can’t allow my son to fail.”
“I can’t allow myself to fail.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

“Reexamine the Sentence, ‘Just Do Your Best.’ I Would Substitute it with, ‘Just Do.'” ~Wayne Dyer

I love Wayne Dyer. I love Samuel Johnson. I love them both for sharing their wisdom. Without their thoughts, I would not have been able to think these words with such enlightened clarity.

It’s through their thoughts that I have found my strength and ability to act with confidence, to act with no fear of failure. Failure is inevitable and if failure appears, it is not accepted as failure, it is accepted as feedback and so I continue to “Just Do.”

And whether I fail or whether I succeed. It has been done. And doing is an achievement of its own.

Wise words in this series

Don’t be distracted by criticism. Remember –the only taste of success some people have is when they take a bite out of you. -Zig Ziglar

“I’m not trying to erase my past….I’m just trying to be better for the future” – Perez Hilton

“What you are aware of you are in control of; what you are not aware of is in control of you.”

“Remember, there are no mistakes, only lessons.” ~C Scott

“Life involves a continuing series of choices.” – My Fitness Book

“All the problems we experience in life can be relieved with a spiritual solution” – Oprah

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“What you are aware of you are in control of; what you are not aware of is in control of you.”
I am so grateful to have witnessed a man, who once found great pleasure in criticizing celebrities, has found inspiration to redeem himself when he realized that what he once took pleasure in was just the same as how children are being bullied in school.
Celebrity Blogger, Perez Hilton fully recognizes that he can not run away from his past by just saying that he has changed his ways. And so he now is taking action and setting a great example by letting the world know that he admits that he was wrong and that he is taking action to change his ways.
An audience member expressed that she is finding it hard to believe that he has changed; and he responded by saying that “I’m not trying to erase my past…I’m just trying to be better for the future” ~~~What an Aha moment for me.~~~
“Life involves a continuing series of choices.” and he is now choosing a better future.
These words below supports him so well.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Everyday the sun rises is an opportunity for all of us to grow into a new and better person towards a new and better future.

Whatever bad you or someone has done yesterday, last month, last year should be seen as just that. That was yesterday, that was last month, that was last year and so on.

You should **be given room to change** and/or that person or persons **should be given room to grow, change, redeem themselves** instead of be held in a box of “No Good” for the rest of your or their lives just because of the bad you or they did in the **past**.

“Remember, there are no mistakes, only lessons.” ~C Scott

We are all flawed…..There is no such thing as a perfectly birthed human being…..and so everyone should be given a chance to redeem themselves.

Everyone has the ability to change when the people around them changes their attitude towards them. Family, Friend, Ex, etc…..give people room to redeem themselves.

You don’t have to put up with their toxic attitudes and actions, if necessary, stay away from them….keep at a distance from them and give them room to redeem themselves…for however long it takes.

“All the problems we experience in life can be relieved with a spiritual solution” – Oprah

I believe all our troubles are meant to direct us to aligning our steps with GOD…aligning our steps to lessons that will lead to good ways.

Give room for someone to find their path towards alignment with God….towards alignment with GOOD.
